The Bently Nevada 3300 series is a set of rotating machinery condition monitoring system. It is mainly used to monitor the operating status of large rotating machinery (such as steam turbines, compressors, fans, etc.) by non-contact measurement, helping you detect abnormal vibrations, displacements, etc. in advance and avoiding unexpected shutdowns.
The main components are:
- Probe: Installed inside the machine, directly sensing the vibration or position changes of the rotor.
- Extension cable: Connecting the probe and the preamplifier, used for long-distance signal transmission.
- Preamplifier: Processing the probe signal and converting it into voltage or current signals that the monitor can recognize.
These three components together form a complete sensor system.
